ON-LINE BUSINESS CARD ADVERTISING AGREEMENT

GLOBAL ADVERTISING - Linking your business card to your website thru our Online Directory.

This is the legal and binding contract between In Light Times (ILT) and
   entered into  .


TERMS:
The above advertiser agrees to purchase the following ONLINE advertising:

AD SIZE:
Business card 3.5 inches x 2 inches at 100 dpi color jpeg.
Ad must be emailed to: graphics@inlightimes.com 
OR
Postal mailed to ILT at  PO Box 12063 Las Vegas NV  89112

INTRODUCTORY RATES: (subject to change)

With Hardcopy Display Advertising
12 months @ $25.00 per month = $300.00
6 months @ $45.00 per month = $270.00
 
Without Hardcopy Display Advertising
 12 months @ $49.00 per month = $588.00
6 months @ $89.00 per month = $534.00

THERE IS A ONE-TIME SET-UP FEE OF  $45.00

NOTE: Yearly paid contracts receives a 13th month free

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO AD RUNNING ONLINE.

Accepting: money orders, checks or paypal online. NOTE: There will be a $25.00 return check fee for NSF checks.

BUSINESS CARD POSTING: Will be with the issue’s upload, usually between the 1st & 7th of each month

In Light Times will be promoting the online edition via various marketing methods, and we are currently averaging 300,000 + hits monthly.

AD APPROVAL: All advertising is subject to the publisher’s approval. Examples of unacceptable Ads include: pornography, XXX, political etc.
